How can I avoid my E-Contracts downloading blank and not showing completed?
Make sure when you are getting an E-Contract signed that you click Finish at the top of the document and then wait for the screen to update saying that it has been completed. If you don't wait for that screen you may be backing out too soon and the document won't come in.
If I increase the MMR after the account funds will I get paid the difference?
Unfortunately when an account is funded the MMR can not be raised and paid out the difference. When you are wanting to raise the MMR due to adding equipment after the account has funded we recommend doing an equipment charge to the customer to cover the cost.
The Takeover Form is the same process but you switch the provider to DocuSign and select the Takeover Disclaimer and Acknowledgement form (or other document that you need)

How do I know if the agreement is completed?

Why does Brinks ask for the Secretary of State on commercial accounts?
The Secretary of State shows the current status of the business in their area. Brinks only wants to purchase business accounts that are in good standing.
If it pulls in as Cancelled, Suspended, etc. you will need to have your customer provide an Assumed Name Certificate or get their business back to good standing before Brinks will purchase the account.
