Working papers can be found here and also at SKHS. Be sure to print the intent to employ paperwork for students 14-15 years old OR the document for students 16-17 years old. This intent to employ paperwork is completed and must be signed by the employer and the parent. Once the paperwork is completed, make an appointment with Ms. Trinkwald to process it and for the student to sign the final copy.
