“The Center brings together programs, resources, and services to meet the needs of our community and the community around us. We function as the heart and home of the LGBTQIA+ community by making connections, delivering programs, and providing a safe space for health and wellness, social services, arts and culture, advocacy, and community building” (The Center, 2024).
Pivot: 6 week program for LGBTQIA+ youth and their families to answer questions and provide support. Teens and parents/caregivers can attend together, or parents/caregivers can attend on their own.
QVolution: Hosts LGBTQIA+ programming/events for youth and allies
Comprehensive Sex ED: Provide youth with FREE sex education classes in an LGBTQIA+ inclusive and gender-neutral environment.
A.G.E.N.T.S (Allies Getting Everyone NVolved in Testing and Screening): HIV Youth Advisory Council
Nevada 211 is a program offered by the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services that connects Nevadans to the various services they need. This online resource provides information on advocacy groups, community centers, support groups, social clubs, and more.

Camp Pride Tree: Summer camp experience for LGBTQ+ youth and allies
“The Trevor Project is the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention nonprofit organization for LGBTQ+ young people. We provide information & support to LGBTQ+ young people 24/7, all year round” (The Trevor Project, n.d.).

Youth Chatrooms: “Our moderated chat rooms are for LGBTQIA+ youth 19 and younger to talk in a safe space and be able to express themselves without fear of being judged. You can discuss concerns, issues, talk about personal victories, or find a calm place to just hang out. You define this space” (LGBT National Help Center, n.d.).
LGBT National Youth Talkline (800-246-7743): “We provide a confidential safe space where callers of any age can speak about sexual orientation or gender identity/expression issues. This includes coming out issues, relationship concerns, family, bullying, school issues, HIV/AIDS anxiety, safer sex information, suicide, and much more” LGBT National Help Center, n.d.).

The Southern Nevada Asian Pacific Islander Queer Society (SNAPIQS)
“The Southern Nevada Asian Pacific Islander Queer Society (SNAPIQS) serves all Asian, Pacific Islander, and Desi American of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions (SOGI/E or LGBT*) in the Southern Nevada region. Through social and cultural activities, education, mentorship, awareness, and advocacy, we aim to create an inclusive, affirming, and empowering community” (SNAPIQS, 2019).
