For Homework: (1) Look over "Classroom Procedures and Expectations" form given in class with your parents.  It will also be posted under "Useful Documents". Sign it to turn in by Friday. (2) Those who do not yet have binders/ dividers, please purchase and set up tabs according to the form; Bring to class by Monday. (3) Cover textbooks. Read Ch. 1, Lesson 1-1

Friday (B day) - We had class. HW (due Monday): (1) Bring signed form., (2) Finish setting up binder (dividers), (3) PB (Practice Book- workbook) p. 2: #'s 2, 6, 10, 12; p. 4: evens and #11; p. 6: #'s 1, 3, 5, 9, 12, 13. Do HW ON LOOSELEAF. 

Monday (B day) - We had class. HW: Read L 1-4 (textbk). Do PB p.8 odds and #10. We did not finish lesson today, so just do your best. We will go over it in class. Quiz Wednesday on Lessons 1-1 through 1-3.

Monday (B Day) - We had class. Read Lesson (4-3), p. 74 textbook. Do # 1 & 2 at the bottom of the page. Read Lesson (4-4), p. 76 textbook. Do # 1 & 2 at the bottom of the page.

Tuesday (A Day) -  No class.

Wednesday (B day) - We had class. Correct your test (This is not optional). Show me your work (even on multiple choice answers. If it's something you can do in your head, explain briefly in words how you did it and why). There will be a second test on Ch. 3 on Friday. Review today's lesson on 3-10 and understand how to set up the right math problem for a word problem and how to check an answer by the units.

Friday (B Day)- We had class. Over the break, do the following, all in the textbook: Read over Lessons 4-3 and 4-4 again, do # 7,11,13,16,19,22 on p. 75 and #5,9,11,15,18 on p. 77.

Friday (B Day)- We had class. Read Lesson 4-6 in the textbook. Do #2,4,6 in the PB, p.62. Do some assigned and recommended skills on IXL for 15-20 min. Remember: Daily Quiz tomorrow on HW we went over and any notes we took Friday.

Monday (B Day) - We had class. Do PB p. 62: #7 OR 8, PB p. 68: 1,3,5,7. Read Lesson 4-7 in the textbook. Tomorrow is the absolute last day I will accept corrections for the Ch. 3 re-take test (even though we don't have class). You may also turn in corrections for the daily quiz if you want- due Wednesday.

Review Lesson 4-7 & 8 for next daily quiz. Due next Wednesday: Finish or Update your IXL Diagnostic test online, with your parents' permission! This is a 20 pt. assignment.

Tuesday (A Day) -  We had class. I had planned to have the Chapter 5 test tomorrow, but our review was rushed, so it is postponed until Friday. FOR HOMEWORK: (1) Bring the Chapter Review from today to turn in for a Classwork grade. (2) Add to it #29 & 31 (p. 119 text). (3) Also, do #1,2, & 4 on p. 89-90 in the PB (make sure to write an inequality or equation with a variable for each). (4) Finish any quiz corrections. **We will start Chapter 6 tomorrow. 

Wednesday (B Day)- We had class. Chapter 5 test Friday. Finish the Chapter 6 Pre-Test. I will collect these Friday- for completion, not accuracy. Just make your best attempt.
