Wedding Cake!

We finally ordered our wedding cake from Patisserie Valerie. Instead of a traditional multi-tier cake with icing on top, we chose Valerie Chocolate Gateaux cup cakes (in fact, more like mini cakes), which has soft sponge layers filled with fresh cream and fruits; a 6” Habana Gateau will be the top tier cake to complete the style. After extensive free cake tasting (yum!), we have chosen 4 different flavours for the mini cakes:

• Fruits of the Forest Gateau with Dark Chocolate

• Fruits of the Forest Gateau with White Chocolate

• Selva Gateau

• Strawberry Gateau
