Our wedding ceremony will take place at the Haymarket Hotel near Trafalgar Square.
Due to space limitations at the venue, the ceremony will be smaller than the reception and therefore we cannot invite everyone to attend this part of the day. Please check your invitation for arrival time.

Arrival for the Ceremony
For those attending, please arrive between 12:30pm and 12:55pm at the hotel. Please ensure you arrive no later than 12:55pm as the doors will be closing for the ceremony to begin at 1:00pm.
Following the Ceremony
Following the main ceremony, guests will be asked to stay in the hotel and we will be conducting a tea ceremony to celebrate in traditional Chinese style. There will also be time put aside for photos, both in the hotel and nearby on Trafalgar Square if the weather holds out.
We will make sure that some light snacks are available but won't be providing a full lunch so it may be sensible to have a late brunch or a lunch before the ceremony.
The main entrance to the Haymarket Hotel is on Suffolk Place, just 10 metres from Haymarket.

Travel and Parking Details for the Haymarket Hotel
We would recommend using public transport in Central London as parking is limited and expensive. Piccadilly Circus is the nearest tube station to the hotel and is less than 5 minutes walk away. Charing Cross and Embankment stations are also nearby at around 10 minutes walk.
Alternatively, London is well stocked with black cab taxis.

Onward Travel to the Reception
Guests will be asked to make their way to Le Pont de la Tour restaurant for the reception, for arrival from 5pm onwards.
If you decide to take public transport direct between the venues, we would recommend one of the following two options:
Option 1
- Walk to Embankment Tube station
- Take the Circle / District line tube from Embankment to Tower Hill
- Walk from Tower Hill station over Tower Bridge to Le Pont de la Tour
Option 2
- Walk to Charing Cross mainline station
- Take an overland train to London Bridge station
- Walk along the south bank of the Thames to Le Pont de la Tour
