Hello! We've prepared the following dinner menu for the reception and hope you will enjoy it. Bon Appétit !!

Meat (Non-Vegetarian) Menu

Asian spiced pork belly, sauté sea scallop, cauliflower puree, secrets salad, shellfish dressing

Roast breast of guinea fowl, pomme puree, leek fondue root vegetable terrine, truffle jus

Fromage du jour

Valrhona dark chocolate and brandy soaked cherry layered mousse, hazelnut financier , vanilla Chantilly

Vegetarian Menu

Spinach and goats cheese ravioli, braised leeks, galangal veloute

Root vegetable galette, sauté oyster mushroom, parsnip crisps, glazed baby onion, bay leaf veloute

Vegan Menu

Will be similar to the Vegetarian Menu but without the dairy.

Children Menu

Chicken goujons, green beans and chips as the main course and accompanied with a simple starter and a Banana split dessert
