SPIN TOP STRING (not taking orders at this time)

I make 4-ply string.  What you normally see is 3 ply string.  4-ply is tighter, rounder, smoother, and just moar betters.

Cotton, standard size  $1.50 ea.

Made from 100% mercerized cotton size 10 crochet thread.  All white.  Standard thickness is 4x2 (4 twists of 2 size 10 threads) which is about .073" (1.85mm) thick.  Standard length is around 70" (varies from  68” to 72”). The white string is iridescent in a black light and is machine washable!

Jumbo Cotton  $2.00 ea.

Jumbo sized string is 4x3 (4 twists of 3 size 10 threads) which is about .088" (2.23mm) thick.  This thicker string is better for larger tops like the S8 Giulia and the Spintastics Grande tops.

About thickness:

Spintastics, Strommol8 and YoYo Factory tops come with good quality string, and aside from Spintastic's "Large" string, they are all about .065" (1.65mm) thick.  My Standard size is about .073" (1.85mm).  Spintastics "Large" string is about .08" (2.03mm) thick, and my Jumbo string is about .088" (2.23mm)

Contact me about custom sizes (length or thickness), or colors.  I do not blend cotton and bamboo because they behave very differently when twisting.
