The registration fee cost is £25, which will cover the welcome reception, and coffee/tea breaks (and, for PhD students, accommodation (limited, see below) and conference dinner). 

You can now pay the registration fee here.

For a limited number of PhD students, accommodation will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that the deadline for registration and submitting an abstract for a short talk (15 - 20 minutes) is 12 March 2026.
