Drive 3: Documents

Google Docs is an amazing word processing application in its simplicity and usefulness. It does not have all the bells and whistles that are found on things like Word or Pages, but for 99.8% of everything you will need to write!

One of the biggest concerns that students have when shifting from Word to Google Docs is the requirement that papers in most classes need to be handed in using Microsoft Word or PDF. The dominance of Microsoft Word on college campuses is rampant, but fortunately, Google Docs is there for you. Everything you create in Google Drive can be reformatted into a Microsoft Word format when you need to submit it.

For this activity, please create a Google Doc. Download it in Microsoft Word AND a PDF format.
