1861 Voting Population of West Virginia Counties

These numbers are taken from the published census of 1860. The voters listed in the 20-29 age column would have all been of voting age when the 1861 elections were taking place. The voter numbers contained in Richard O. Curry's "A House Divided" are incorrect.
