Head: Head up, chin tucked, neck strong, using forehead as a push weapon, angling forehead under chin or on temple of opponent
Eyes: Looking to set up moves, not at wrestler's feet, not giving away your next move, actively searching and reading opponent's body language
Arms: Elbows in, strong and low, elbows "in the pocket": pretend you are keeping your elbows in the pockets of your pants
Hands: Palms in and up, controlling opponent's hands
Back: Straight, not arched or curved, rigid
Knees: Bent, ready to spring or make quick lunge, off ground
Feet: On balls of feet, never flat-footed (knocked backwards) or too far on toes (knocked forward)
