Weight roll up with large handled and rope
Medicine Ball held above head while doing box squats
Tire flip, jump inside, jump out, turn around, tire flip
Two barbells with weight on one side, place tips on shoulder, do squat, raise up, lift to hammer press extension
Box jump from down position
Rope climb
Pull ups from arm slings under triceps
