I run a "cinematic" adventure. Whatever actions you can imagine your character doing go ahead and describe it. I will find a way to make it work.
For example: The rogue wants to leap onto the table and flank the guard. Roll acrobatics skill, success = you are on the table, Critical success = Advantage on the attack, failure = not on the table but near it, critical failure = collapsed to the ground and opponent has advantage.
Be creative, have fun and be engaging. It is all about telling a story and remember, this is your story, I merely am giving the world to tell it in.
All characters start with a neutral alignment. As play progresses and you come into your characters I will inform you where your play has lead your character along the alignment chart. Here is an example:
