These files contain the main plainchant psalter published by Briggs and Frere around 1902. This edition (a maroon book) is sometimes available cheaply on the secondhand market. It is particularly suitable for congregational use, having notes for every syllable (except repeating notes).
Books for chanting the Offices on a daily basis which contain the actual music, are easy to use and are in print, are rare. The main book (actually three volumes) for chanting the Offices daily, is the Latin / French Heures Grégoriennes which has the text and chant music for all the Offices (including Lauds and Vespers for every day, but excluding the Office of Readings), and is particularly easy to use with Latin on the left of each page and French on the right. It is however heavy and expensive. Details on http://www.traditions-monastiques.com/en/french-liturgy-books-gregorian-chant-handbook/1182-l1128f.html
Also available, slightly simplified and in American English is the Mundelein Psalter (http://www.ltp.org/p-1536-the-mundelein-psalter.aspx ) but is usually available in the UK. The Lutheran Prayer Brotherhood also publish a Psalter with many alternatives ( http://llpb.us/ ), although this is Lutheran Chant, and one suspects is mainly a translation into English from the German equivalent.
