Praying with the Early Church. Don't forget - this important course starts this Thursday in West Hendon. Lots of useful handouts featuring some of the most powerful prayers ever written, for Christians who saw themselves as part of a church across the world and down through the ages in one great Community.

The Course takes place in St. John the Evangelist’s Church – Algernon Road, West Hendon (near Hendon Station) at 8.00pm on Thursdays as follows:

• Thursday 18th November Praying through the Day: Morning, Noon and Night.
• Thursday 2nd December Preparation for Holy Communion.
• Thursday 9th December Advent and the Coming of Christ.

Evenings last about an hour, including Compline, and handouts of actual prayers. Everyone welcome. No charge. Refreshments provided.
