Being raised in rural Maine and watching my father set up his easel and paint landscapes in his spare moments was an activity I always cherished. It's not too surprising that at some point in my life I would challenge my creative side and pick up drawing pencils and then the paint brush. I cherish the Maine pastoral scene that still abounds here in Maine. I find great pleasure in photographing landscapes and seascapes and transferring the images to canvas in a contemporary impressionistic style. Priscilla Myer McKeith
