• The council works in conjunction with the 13 Williamsville School District PTA units plus SEPTSA.

• It provides leadership and helps build stronger, more effective units. 

• Addresses needs which are larger than those of a single unit.

• It provides unifying strength and a channel of communication between parents, teachers, students, school and district administrators, the school board, and the community.
