Club Guidelines

Summarised version

This is only a summarised version of the Club rules. When a member joins they are provided with a complete list of the rules.

1. A letter of resignation should be sent to the secretary, if a member wants to resign.

2. Any changes to your address should be given to the secretary.

3. If at the last moment a member is unable to go on a trip that they have already paid for, (for whatever reasons), please be assured that every effort will be made to refund the money. However, sometimes this is impossible, depending on who the tour director is dealing with.

4. It is the onus of members to read the minutes of the previous meeting (since they are now included in the newsletter each month and emailed and mailed out), BEFORE attending the next meeting.

5. Club fees will be due in September each year and payable to the Club Treasurer.
