I gave the attached presentation in September 2011. The Investment Division at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) initially hired me to work on their Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) model. I gave a presentation on my first three months of progress on this model, and after the presentation, they extended my initial contract.
