Meet at Upper Montrose Road at 9:15 AM
It is a substantial walk uphill for 45 minutes or so, on a fire trail, to this site, however there may be transport provided by Glenorchy City Council to the location.
The site is on fairly gentle slopes
The work area is pleasant bush bounded by fire trails and it has several pockets of Erica, some of which are now under fairly good control. It had a managemet burn in 2004 and many native species are growing thickly in various locations.
