What is The Festival of Trees?

 Each year people gather in Washougal to bid on a beautiful pre-decorated Christmas tree, enter into a silent auction for baskets of merchandise, or take their chances in one of many raffles.  It is a gala weekend, with live music and refreshments!

Held the first weekend in December, the festival is a community effort involving many businesses, organizations, school groups and over 100 individuals. They decorate over twenty trees, donate more than 50 baskets of merchandise, and devote many, many hours to create what has become a high point of the Washougal holiday season!  

Trees are donated by Washougal River Christmas Trees and Farrell Farms, and the baskets and raffle items are contributed by many businesses and individual supporters in the greater Washougal/Camas area.  Corporations and individuals sponsor the event with tax-deductible donations.                                                                          

The Washougal Festival of Trees is hosted by the Hathaway Boosters. Contributions are tax deductible.
