This photo is the VS-23 Ready Room. The pilots and crewmen are briefing and otherwise getting ready for the next launch.
Hank Chanaud and Bob Wand appear to be the lead pilots and are planning their flight. Those flat boards are the plotting boards used to navigate as we flew. It was all dead reckoning with very little electronic aids at all. (just that YE/YG system I mentioned a while back).
