Registration Notes:
  1. Students registering with the reduced rate will need to bring evidence of their student status to the conference (e.g. student ID card).
  2. During the registration process, you will be asked to input an email address. We will use this email address to contact you about important updates on the conference.
  3. During the registration process, main authors of papers submitted to the conference will be asked to input their abstract ID code. If you are a main author, please have this ready (it was sent to you by email with your submission confirmation and acceptance result). If you have not submitted a paper, you can ignore this..
  4. Once you register, you will get a registration "ticket" confirmation sent to you by email together with an instruction to access your "ticket" via a cellphone app. Please save the email notification (for reference) but ignore the "ticket" and the app as we will be logging the registrations directly. If you download the app accidentally, you are welcome to delete it.
  5. The deadline shown on the right of the registration page is extended to account for various time differences.
Day 2 "Dinner at Tokyo Bay" Reservation Notes:

Other information:
  1. Early bird and regular registrations include all refreshments (except lunches) and the banquet meal.
  2. On-site (3 days) registrations include all refreshments (except lunches) and the banquet meal (depending on availability). If no remaining banquet meal seats are available, the cost of the banquet will be deducted from the registration fee.
  3. On-site (1 day) registrations include all refreshments (except lunches), but do not include the banquet meal.
  4. Lunch will be available for purchase in the university canteen.
  5. Presenters are expected to be available to present on any of the three days of the conference (see the
    program page). If you have a scheduling conflict, please contact the organizers as soon as possible to arrange a convenient day.
  6. Payment will be through an online payment system (Credit Cards, Pay Pal accepted). Please contact the organizers for other payment methods.
  7. All presenters will receive a certificate of presentation. All attendees will receive a certificate of attendance. If you require a letter of confirmation prior to the conference, please contact the organizers.
