Giông như từ D2 qua E3 + Hợp Đồng Lao Động. Những dạng HD sau đây sẽ xin được E1:
o Full time Professor (Assistant/Asssociate/Full ranks)
o Invited Professor
✔️Notes:
➕ Đối với Lecture/ Part time Lecture thì cần xin E7
➕ Thời gian nộp visa VISA tại immigration phải trước khi hợp đồng lao động có hiệu lực. Nếu trễ hạn có thể bị phạt rất nặng, và thủ tục nộp phạt cũng rất phức tạp.
➕ Loại E1/E3 không cần đặt lịch, cứ lên bất cứ lúc nào (bên phía tay trái tầng 1 của Seoul Immigration).
➕ Có thể xin cả E1-E3 nếu E1 muốn làm thêm projects.
