Did the staff seem excited to work with you, or overwhelmed by their workload?
Were the staff prompt in responding to communication?
Did the senior living community have a lot of policies and bureaucracy that might make it difficult to implement a new program?
Did the residents appreciate music? Does it seem they could benefit from having iPods?

Schedule a 30-minute interview with activities staff
