Placing an Order

Please provide the following information in an e-mail to my partner:

• Attached word document to edit.

• Assignment details / outline & rubric: If there is no outline, please type out a description of what the assignment is about and what the requirements are.

• Citation style: APA, MLA, etc.

• Editing style: Track changes, comments, etc. (refer to the "Rates & Price Calculation" tab)

• Aspects I should focus on (optional): For example, you may be unsure of your paragraph order, thesis strength, verb tenses, etc.

• Sections to skip (optional): For example, if you are already confident with the reference page, I can skip that and remove it from the word count to lower the price.

• Rush order: I may be able to complete orders within 24 hours or less, if you ask. Otherwise, most orders are completed within 48 hours.

Processing

As soon as I receive that e-mail, I will let you know if I can accept your order and complete it within the requested time frame, and I will let you know the exact price. I will begin work only after you confirm the price and agree to finalize the order. Please note that the edited document will not be returned until payment has been processed (read below for reasoning), so I will only be able to meet the agreed deadline if the payment is also completed on time. To be clear, I consider my 48 hour turnaround time to start from the time you agree to the price and finalize the order; the quicker we communicate, the quicker I can complete your order.

Payment

To get an estimate of the price, please refer to the "Rates & Price Calculation" tab. Payment can be made in the following methods:

• Interac e-transfer to either my partner's e-mail address or cell phone number.

• PayPal to my partner's e-mail address.

• In person at my house in Hamilton (Upper Paradise & Stone Church area).

Payment Before Document Return

As it is extremely easy for customers to simply take the edited document without paying, and then just switch to a new editor for the next project, I will never return an edited document before the payment has been processed. I understand that there is equal concern from the perspective of a customer, since there is the possibility of an editor taking money without completing the order, but I am in a unique position where I can show statistics detailing my past work (refer to the "Resume, Ratings, & Samples" tab). This should attest to my credibility, but if you are still wary of paying before receiving the edited document, I would be willing to send an image showing a part of the edited document first.
