Qualifications

Honours Bachelor of Arts (with High Distinction)
Specialist in English and Minor in History
Proficient with MLA, APA, Chicago, and Turabian Styles
5+ years of tutoring and editing experience (70+ essays per month)

I can help with:

High school, college, and university content editing, such as essays, academic reports, or other assignments (I will NOT write assignments for you).
Grammar (punctuation & verb tense), word choice, flow & organization, thesis & argument strength, citation & writing style, paragraph & essay layout / formatting, etc.

My Goal

Helping students with their academics is the first step in working towards their long-term goals. Rather than simply making corrections to the documents, I aim to teach students by explaining why the changes are necessary. By doing this, students can see an immediate improvement in their grades, while also honing their writing skills and improving their understanding of English. Eventually, my students will be able to edit their own papers by applying the skills they will have acquired.
