Hello VAT explorers,
i invite you to read the function of our voice as a mechanism to help brain cells’ Metabolism
When was the last time you cried out loud?
Did you ever notice that after a “good cry” your breathing is deep and clear? Its seems that, the natural sound of your crying opens up stuck energy from within.
We take our voice as an obvious phenomena but let’s observe the role & feature of our natural sound as a tool that contributes to achieve better health conditions.
I mentioned crying, but, what about laughing out loud?
We are bio-physic-mental-emotional-spiritual entities. Our physical/biological body can be viewed as a pipe, in which energy flows through.
Deep breathing is an indicator of smooth flow of energy in the bodymind pipe. After a “good cry” we breathe deeper and clearer.
Laugh sound, indicates, gaining energy.
You can view sound of laugh and cry very much like the breathing process – inhale and exhale : you inhale and gain energy by breathe the same way it happens when you laugh out loud. You release energy and let go of breathe when you exhale, the same way it happens after you cry out loud.
What is VAT and how does it help release stuck energy?
Did you ever try to make someone sad or depressed – laugh? It’s not an easy task because s/he is stuck from within. Energy doesn’t flow properly from the head to the lower belly.
VAT, vibrate organs, tissues and cells. VAT directly release tension and boost vitality in the nervous, blood and muscle systems. VAT vibration, tremble all bodymind components and as results, release stuck energy, harmonies and resets these components back to their natural inner space. VAT acts like the conductor of an orchestra. It tunes the different parts of the body and bring them back to their harmonic natural rhythm the same as tuning & harmonizing the instruments in an orchestra. .
If you “take a VAT”, you will cry less and laugh more.
Happy New Year
I wish you a year of laugh, health and creativity with VAT
