1.1.14 Oooh, Yah just got me feeling so creative in the early hours here. So I made a live video. Check this out.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PqPImWVwqc0
Naturally, I hope to improve but it is always good to look back at your first attempt. One Love.
2.1.14 Geomagnetic storms and slight cmes. Been so damp of late too! But today was a beautiful sunshining day regardless - Amen!
Uploaded my second video: "Tears" which you can find following the link above.
Alien abduction: well, what I know for sure is millions were abducted and bred during the Transatlantic Slave Trade. Want to know something more about it, I'd start there ... because the manipulation continues ... And nothing like the scale of it has been repeated on this planet anywhere at any time as far as research goes. Yeh well the truth will bite you back like that ...
3.1.14 I'd say the heavens right now is the story worldwide! Yah knows ... No counterfeit will do for those called.
There may be a few folks concerned about what I might post on You Tube - given all the vested money and power and as far as numbers go, no credence as I knew that score a long time ago. In any case there's always lawyers - yes? Well they can ponder whatever their hearts desire as they've been doing. Leave that as that.
These non spiritual entities, Abba have mercy. Pray people because they've been practising for longer than most regular folks will doubtless know. Blessings and give thanks always ... HalleluYAH!
30.1.14 So much rain since Dec. I'm slowly getting back into writing and joined Poetry Soup - really enjoying the site. I am finally getting back around to my big projects, editing etc. Still so much to catch up on and it has been cold of late which affects concentration and mobility.
Big issues from Obama's State of the Union Speech for me: women's inequality, drones and Gitmo. Veto on the Medes issues was also of interest.
What's going on in Egypt is worrying!
13.2.14 Rapists and child abusers who in all probability victimise more than one person over time, sometimes repeatedly, for the most part get away with their crimes against another human being and most of them continue their lives with their reputations deceitfully intact. On the other hand, victims live with the memory and growing understanding of what was done over years and decades. There is a higher Judge than mere human discernment and social convenience. Other people's bodies and existence should not be for the amusement and use of someone else.
Africa: at times it can look like significant outsiders only want to devour its materials and peoples and no amount of independence has abated the world's appetite for Africa's consumption.
27.2.14 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSFoXJdS65g And smoking can terminally damage your health.
Been overworking my eyes and have to stop it. Too many late nights is draining.
09.03.14 Have mercy, what a blessed sunny day in March, brought so many out into the parks like it was the height of summer. Spent the past few days pouring over words and books and words. I sorely realise I must get more audiobooks because I just can't be working my poor eyes like crazy like this. I get carried away and can't afford it so needs must stop. Discipline has to be restored.
I read some reviews of a book where some people were expressing their boredom and given the popularity in relation to the related film "12 Years a Slave". I thought you know, animals in a zoo get bored because they really do not have enough room to move around in cages like they should. Children get bored when they do not have enough attention or things to stimulate them. In societies where thrill seeking and bubble gum and chocolate is available to keep folk on the go, a true story written centuries ago to inform and to muster change by illustrating and reporting the inhuman conditions most alive today would not be able to endure for an hour much less a lifetime; also given the few books written on the account of chattel slavery which ran over five hundred years. How many seafaring stories are there? Men go out in boats and ships all the time - each with their story to tell. How many stories are there on sea adventures for example versus books covering slavery? How many books on romance or slavery? There is a huge difference in scale concerning people's experiences of slavery at a time when Hollywood and action thrillers did not exist and people had the "need" for justice for whatever shred of humanity they could muster as lives depended on it. Perhaps the Creator will send these bored people something to occupy their time more. Glad they let us know how they're feeling, unable as they were to even read but a couple chapters - but found the time to write their review.
When I hear the words: "The world does not owe you a living" I remember those who lived off the backs, blood and talents of millions of slaves to create wealth for themselves, their countries and empires. For some history and the suffering of others is "boring" like that.
NASA has discovered another seven hundred and fifteen planets with water in outer space recently. Wouldn't it be nice if like-minded people could migrate to their own home world?! Wouldn't have to agree on everything, just basics like what is pain.
31.3.14 Can spend oodles of time online and not get too much done. Well, it was a bit of a distraction while I battled the flu. I really am just trying to start to get out and about and to concentrate on stuff again. My brain wants to lead off but my body tends to lag behind quite a bit. I couldn't enter competitions I was thinking about because I physically couldn't apply myself and it was a lot of work.
Quite a bit to catch up with and with the weather improving since the days are getting lighter I hope to push forward. Still aching but hopefully headed off a flare.
14.4.14 First blood moon and a black circle captured by a teen in Leamington Spa which may have been made by insects. I am currently reading a borrowed copy of "The New Black" which is a great read for any one interested in the issues of race, outcomes and issues for the future. I think it is something humans still have to grasp because the implications on a global scale as well as local impacts remains for the status quo with harmful practices which have morphed or being targeted covertly.
24.04.14 You raise a child as a single mum. As a child - joy and wonder; as a teen - challenging behaviour. You don't raise adults and don't expect them to stretch you out of bounds. That's so bizarre and ridiculous - even more challenging behaviour?! I'd never have been able to help half the people I did over my life or do half the things I managed to do if I dedicated all my time to simply one individual. Thank Yah! By the same token, if you rob someone of their livelihood over the course of their life it impacts on their family - like destroying Black Wallstreet. Stands to reason. If you use your adult powers to deny a child his intelligence - that too has consequences along life's pathway. Not everyone is tough enough to overcome. We either live in a democracy of paid up citizens also of colour in the UK or is this a status quo class-raceocracy? This blueprint is replicated worldwide with devastating consequences all the time while this planet is being pulverised to create "wealth and economic growth". Give me a break because you can find this written about in Revelation for all those who think the world they're living in is what it seems on the surface. Their heaven on this planet - just doing it to death. There goes my anger ... Breathing ...
26.4.14 I'm nearing the end of reading "The New Black" on race in 21st century America and have bought my own copy. The book has implications for the socio-economic development of people of colour in these times globally. It is the most important book on race I have read since "The Wretched of the Earth" and given the covert nature of racist practices being used these days, I feel it is essential reading especially in this quickening technological age and I hope to do a review at some point. Here's a link to discussions of the book on You Tube.

13.5.14 Well, way too much has been going on lately and on top of it I tried to cut the hedge to break things up and the effort almost knocked me out. Just trying to keep the independent stuff going. Remind myself to be more gentle with myself. I am still rather sore presently. I just marvel that I get stuff done, not always when I would like. I haven't really been able to write much over the past month being extremely challenged by events. I have tried to keep reading for some balance. If nothing else, no one can say I didn't engage with issues. More or less the story of my life on a level. A basket full of feelings to navigate. Overwhelming.
29.5.14 Glad I saved a bee last week because Maya Angelou died yesterday and I am very emotional about this person who I never met in the flesh. Here's Maya talking about Burns - sure Oldpesky will appreciate hearing this.

"It's just emotion taking me over ..." Goodnight Maya ...
In memory of you ... http://www.poetrysoup.com/poems_poets/poem_detail.aspx?ID=570638
One Love ...
30.5.14 And nature still has some spectacular surprises for us:

12.6.14 Issues to do with rape in conflict and non-conflict incidents can span generations after the initial assault where genes and infections are concerned and that is apart from affecting the physical and mental wellbeing of any victim or survivor. This has always been a serious crime against humanity, the nature of which is now at the very least being recognised. Using rape as a weapon has been around for thousands of years.
I'm glad that judges have decided not to hold that entire terrorism case in secret as I think it would not serve the purposes of justice in the UK. I am alarmed that it seems that justice is becoming more a preserve of the rich and this does not bode well for society at large. Where is this legal cul-de-sac leading? It is hardly a blind spot and when you think that much of what has changed in recent years has been as a response to the mismanagement of the marketplace of the "haves" for which the "have nots" have had to pay a terrible price thus far.
I was thinking about the word "mankind" today with all that's happening globally. Is man kind? What kind of man? Would it have been any different if we'd been labelled kindman instead? Then I heard this song:

Can you hear the Marley influence? In any event, good enough to be my flavour of the month musically.
18.6.14
7.7.14 Been a difficult several months. However, where there is life, it goes on. We lost Bobby Womack last week too. But "You're Welcome, Stop on By ..." http://www.streathamfestival.com/event/meet-the-author-verdanabee/
20.7.14 I am just getting over an intense bout of tiredness. Watching some of the news from the Middle East and Ukraine, it feels as if humanity is entering a new phase of conflicts. I'm not sure if ordinary people ever thought they'd ever see human bodies raining from the sky. The world has been through two world wars and hoped we'd never see such consequences and outcomes on such a scale but looking at some of these flash points and the behaviours which attend them, the types of weaponry being used ... How long before it culminates in All Out War?
15.8.14 Just feels like he took everything of value from me. Never been quite here before. Feels like everything has gone.

17.8.14 Moment by moment, weighing the memories. Every now and then this is how it feels:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ge-qxfmxzOw
You wake up one day and realise yeh monsters do really exist and not just in fairy tales. He was a lingering nightmare. Want to run through a blazing field of flowers. Time to get out there and get on with life. The loss I feel is all the pain I tried to numb and all the compounded stuff of late was just so other worldly ...
7.9.14
21.9.14 I was reading "Food of the Gods" by H G Wells and enjoying it, when more discompassionate realities of life exploded and compounded in mine. The far fetched take proved too remote from real events, with the exception that it contained devouring monsters which would otherwise have been minor pests, easily handled. Perhaps one day I'll be able to return to it, when its association with this traumatic period may have subsided. I'm managing, sharing, getting help.
2.10.14 Ahh well, still hanging in here ... Remembering ... Never was, not one ... Too much damage ... Howard just phrases words so touchingly ...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPYF3k6p12U
7.10.14 Past months have been rough, real traumatic. I managed to write the odd thing. Life's issues can leave a person feeling so eroded and you can't always pull a load way above your weight so had to set some things aside I'd really wanted to do. Some dark recesses.
Just now I have some crazy grains of stories running around in my head. When I get them that way I really need to just write it down before it goes, wondering how to mould them - just rattling ideas currently. The last time this happened I wrote "First Lost Risen". But I have some stuff I need to get back to to finalise. Doesn't mean I won't work on the new stuff forming but I do have a sense of priorities. This side of December I won't realistically be doing that much. Feel I've done well to progress this far with everything I've had to contend with. There are worse things happening in the world however ...
Mostly, I just want to leave it to Yah because I can't carry it. Helps those that help themselves - been doing that so long ... Still the struggle so I just give thanks. Feeling lifted is where the peace is for me at any rate despite all the madness. Amen ...
... Maybe you thought I forgot about the stamps ... He self-actualised. I was hoping he would do better but ... genes aye ... I'm allowed to get emotional once in a while.
