Background Research Begins!

After a week of meetings and brainstorming, we have finally moved into the research stages of our project! Beginning with previous projects that have been completed at the Venice project site, we sought out examples of research that were related to the topics that we would be looking into and applying. During this process we discovered that there were numerous things that we had not initially thought of that might be crucial to our project's success. For example, it would be a huge benefit for us to meet with certain groups that already implement hydroponic solutions, or it might be important for us to look into certain locations within Venice. In order to do this, however, we need to reach out well in advance and schedule time for these meetings and visits.

We are looking forward to digging deeper this week, as we aim to wrap up the background research stage!
