Valerio Scarani's research group

We are a research group in theoretical quantum information, based in the Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT), National University of Singapore (NUS). We are part of the vibrant quantum ecosystem in Singapore QuantumSG.

Research topics at a glance

Our research topics span from foundations to the description of real devices. In the past years, we have worked on Quantum Key Distribution, the description of optical experiments, Bell Nonlocality and device-independent certification (check out the book). In the last few years, we ventured into quantum thermodynamics.
