Research topics at a glance
We are a research group in theoretical quantum science. Valerio's past expertise is in quantum communication, Bell nonlocality and device-independent certification (check out the book), and more recently quantum thermodynamics. We are currently taking our first steps in the logical foundations of thermodynamics and in the detection of gravity effects with quantum sources, while giving a new slant to our traditional topic of certification. And there is always some ongoing collaboration with experimental groups. More in our Research page, or in some Highlights from CQT webpage.

Applications can be considered any time. All documents to be sent to Valerio (physv@nus.edu.sg).
Undergraduates of NUS: we regularly offer Honors and UROPS projects, or just self-study. The door is always open for a chat!
Undergraduates of other universities: usually we do not offer summer internships nor similar opportunities; you can always try, though...
Ph.D. candidates: send CV and reference letters or contact addresses (for details, refer to the CQT PhD programme but don't start by applying there).
Postdocs: send CV, reference letters or contact addresses, and research interests.
