 The final packet includes:

1)      a manila envelope 8 ½ x 11 (larger if your transcript is too big for the envelope)

2)      the signed BYU Release Form

3)      the transcript of the interview printed on 8 ½ x 11 size paper

4)      an M-DISC with the 1) audio or video of the interview, 2) a digital copy of the transcript in .pdf, 2) interviewee’s photo in .tiff format, 3) digital photos in .tiff format of any photos or artifacts used in the interview

5)      The summary sheet attached to the front of the manila envelope.

6)      A duplicate copy of the summary sheet to give to your Daughters of Utah Pioneers Representative

7)      The last step is to post a comment on our blog about Project: Oral History. We want you to post questions that worked well for you, your personal experiences in doing this project, helpful hints to others, great websites, books that were helpful, etc. We look forward to hearing from you.
