This cost for us will be $132 a person for the long tour, park entry fees, and 2 meals.

This normal package tour of $104 would include 2 meals, Breakfast and Supper,

BUT that price does not include the mid-day lunch stop at the State Game Lodge, which you would pay or separately.

So to make things way easier, I've had the lunch price added in.

That normal tour (as you can see below) requires normal tourists (with their own transportation) to be at Fort Hays by 7:30am for breakfast.

That would mean that we would have to leave the hotel by 7-7:15am.

However, I felt that since the banquet and auction was the night before, you might rather have the choice of sleeping in and extra hour (if needed) and/or

taking advantage of the $10 a day per person voucher which the hotel gives you for the on-site restaurant, which is supposedly open 24/7.

That way, instead of boarding the bus at 7-7:15am, it would most likely be 8:15am.

So instead of the tour bus(s) leaving Fort Hays at 9:00am, I can have them pick us up at the hotel and leave on the tour by 8:45am.

They should have us back to the hotel by 9:00pm after the Fort Hays dinner/show. (LONG DAY)
