Using DocAppender

DocAppender Is a fantastic Google Forms add on that allows you to append Google Form submissions to different Google Doc files based on your selection to an initial question on the Form.

Currently docAppender does not take advantage of the file upload feature that the New Google Forms offers to education accounts, it only appends the key to the file and not a link or image.  I have developed an Apps Script that will convert this key to either a link or an image.
