Feb. 4, 2016:  New Sheet template that once set up will create a form that will create a form for you that will allow you to assess one student at a time based on your assessment headings.  click on the "Individual Assessment" or "IB Individual Assessmen" tab above.

 There is now a series of functions that will help with updating the Spreadsheet as your class list changes.  Click on the top menu item, "UPDATE SPREADSHEET" in the spreadsheet and click on instructions.
