NEW IB Version

This is the IB Version.  This version uses the International Baccalaureate levels for assessment, it will then convert those levels into a percentage for report card reporting. Using this template, you will create a form with multiple assessment criteria and have those assessments summarized in the Google Sheet.  Decide on your assessment headings and associate those headings with particular assessment criteria using some of the formulas explained below. The scale used for assessment in this from will be 8 to 0 corresponding to the IB assessment levels.
