Proclamation of Self Determination And Individual Sovereignty.

To ALL and SINGULAR ; Hereto on this the ……………… day of ……… in the year Two Thousand and Fifteen A.D. and from henceforth, be it known that I of the given names Blah Blah of the Family Blah, commonly called Blah (full name on birth cert), being of live birth and sound mind, do hereby Publically Proclaim my Natural Ancient and unalienable Right of Self-determination, and my Absolute Sovereignty over my Life and Property; and thus I stand as Sovereign(with number of children subject to my care and guidance, being my son/daughter NAME of children). Thus I do solemnly in the presence of our Creator profess, testify, and declare with full Cognisance of this my Deed that I do make this Proclamation, and every part thereof, in the plain and ordinary Language sense of the words as they are commonly understood by the Native People of the land, in Order to express my Will. So it is Writ!

By the passing of my Ancestors I Blah Blah Blah, am called to assume and fulfil the duties and responsibilities of my Inherent Sovereignty.

Therefore, be it known that I, Blah Blah Blah, living on the land, and of my free will, recognising there is a Constitution of this Territory of Nu Tireni being the internationally recognised Proclamation He wakaputanga o te Rangatiratanga o Nu Tireni 1835, and I acknowledge and am in agreeance of Te Tiriti o Waitangi 1840, and am fully committed to upholding my Self-determination, my Proclaimed Sovereignty, and the Honour of the stated documents, as in agreeance and affirmation of my Ancestors; and that I will live my life in Honour, determining and conducting my affairs in Truth and Integrity and as peacefully as I am able.

Be it also known also that by my live birth, as evidenced by my passport, I hereby Proclaim I am the creator of any and all documentation in my name, being they birth certificates, bonds, or other instruments, and expressions of my name in any way shape or form, as each and all have been created in my image and are a reflection of me, and are therefore the private property of I and I alone. Thus I am the Soul Owner, the Exclusive Beneficiary and Absolute Holder of any and all that is in my name. As such there is no lawful usufruct, nor claim of Right nor a trustee over me and that which is mine, and any and all contracts entered into or powers of attorney granted or assumed by me, without free will full disclosure, given and known by all parties, are fraudulent and are thereby null and void from their inception. As such I revoke and thrice deny any and all presumption claiming otherwise.

Be it also known that there is not anyone, nor anybody, state, group or person that has any authority lawfully granted by me to use my name in any way shape or form other than for my benefit as determined by I. Thus be it also known that from this day forth any user of my name that uses my name in vain will agree to being held personally liable in their own personal private capacity and subject to, and held culpable for any such criminal charges as may apply.

Therefore I Blah Blah Blah am slave to NO ONE. Nor to any state, group or person, nor am I bound by any jurisdiction nor any legislative body that I have not knowingly, willingly, with full disclosure and of my freewill joined. I endeavour to the best of my abilities to keep the peace and to uphold the Constitutional Order and Rule of Law of the land upon which I live, as well as all internationally recognised agreements and treaties involving Human Rights, Self-determination, Sovereignty and Freedom.

Any imposition upon me or upon my state of being imposed against my will and without my lawful authority will be seen as a trespass upon my Right of Self-determination, a trespass of my Sovereignty, a breach of International Law, a crime against the peace, a terrorist act, an act of war of aggression, and an attempt to enslave me, and a breach of the following international Treaties, agreements and accords, including though not limited to;

Te Tiriti o Waitangi 1840; and,

Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948; and,

Supplementary Convention on the Abolition of Slavery, the Slave Trade and Institutions and Practices Similar to Slavery 1956; and,

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) 1966; and,

Declaration of the High-level Meeting of the General Assembly on the Rule of Law at the National and International Levels 2012;

And thus constitutes a crime under international law against all Humanity, where the instigators and perpetrators are guilty by their own admission through their deeds, and will be relentlessly pursued to the highest Lawful International Criminal Courts, where the Nuremberg Principles will apply.

In the interests of avoiding any and all conflict with you, your principals and/or agents, the onus, burden and duty is upon you as a servant of the people, or otherwise, to inform any and all parties, persons and agents, Parliamentary, Policing, Judiciary and otherwise within and without the Realm of New Zealand of my Rights, and my Proclaimed Sovereignty.

Let any whom have claim against me state and substantiate their claim or for ever keep the peace.

TAKE NOTICE THAT UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THIS PROCLAMATION IS REBUTTED TO AN EXACTING POINT OF LAW IT PREVAILS IN TRUTH AND IN LAW.
