1. Download the critically acclaimed ACGME app and follow the account setup instructions.

2. After logging in, click "add".

3. Click the blue "add " button to create a template.

4. Type "Hands on ultrasound" and click save.

5. To log a case, give it a unique identifier of your choosing, select the date, and select the relevant options below (usually secondary, UCMC, Adult).

6. Under the "area/type/code" tab, search for "US" and press the + button next to the Hands On Scans item, then click next. ***

7. Click submit and get back to work.
