Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 1900 (7:00 pm), except in December when meeting is held at Christmas Party, and January when the meeting is held at the field New Year's Day.

Coming from the South:
Drive north on I 35W
Take exit 66 Westport Parkway
Turn left on Westport Parkway
Turn right at Alliance Center ( Heritage Parkway)
Turn left on Horizon Drive
Arrive at 2301 Horizon Drive
Park anywhere in the large parking lot in front of the building.
Once inside, follow signs for meeting location.
