Coach Patrick Jackson (PJ) – Coaches Bio

Ran track and played football at Coe College.  All American Status.

3rd year as official coach.

Married to Mary,  4 kids, all 4 have ran.

Coach Tim Holcomb – Coaches Bio

Ran track at Luther College in both the 110 HH and the 400 IH.   All American on the 4x400 as well.

Runner up at the Iowa High School state Championships in the 4A, 110m HH.

Former bronze medalist  in the Junior Olympics in his youth, with the Des Moines Excalibur Club.

Tim will be our hurdle coach and help out with the sprints as well.
