The Ambassadors are here.
Kicking off the year by "Being a Sister" and joining some younger scouts at the Westover library -- preparing to bridge to Ambassadors -- taking the lead on the service unit 60-5 fall or product sale with the goal being to break our previous sales record -- brainstorming ideas for running a badge blast to raise money for troop travels -- exploring independent badges and Journeies based on time and interest -- and anything that we come up with planning!
Some girls are independently starting the Ambassador Journey: BLISS: Live It! Give It! In this Journey, they will:
Find out how to fulfill your dreams and help others realize their dreams as well—invite an athlete to talk about how she pursued a goal, write songs and create artwork about following dreams, or find and share stories about women who successfully pursued their goals.
Plan a Take Action Project that helps someone else follow her dream.
Earn the Dream Maker Award. If you're a Girl Scout volunteer, go to Volunteer Toolkit for complete meeting plans and activity instructions.
