Welcome to BSA Troop 163
The purpose of the Boy Scouts of America—incorporated on February 8, 1910, and chartered by Congress in 1916—is to provide an educational program for boys and young adults to build character, to train in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and to develop personal fitness.
Troop meetings are held on Sunday evenings from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Slater unless otherwise noted. There are usually 2 troop meetings a month plus a camp out.
Experiences that last a lifetime. Find out more about Scouting.
We also have Venture Crew 163 for young adults, both men and women. Members must be at least 14 years old, or 13 years old and have completed eighth grade, through age 21.
Summer Camp Equipment List and Camp Rules can be found in Forms & Information.
