The Data for Operations is a subcommittee of the Regional Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) Committee (ACP10). The implementation of TSMO strategies often includes the data systems and analysis and is in an ongoing state of evolution and innovation. Emerging Cooperative Automated Transportation (CAT) technologies are having an immediate and profound impact Regional TSMO. The Data for Operations Subcommittee provides a focus on data-specific research and approaches to activities such as measurement, quantification, analysis, coordination, sharing, fusion, and retrieval of data and information about the operation and performance of regional transportation systems, including their typical use and variability in use.
