EU-CELAC Cluster Matchmaking Event on creativity and innovation in the agro-food sector in Milan 2015 EXPO
On 6-7th May, the representatives of our subcluster Transilvania Tastes participated at the EU-CELAC Cluster Matchmaking Event on creativity and innovation in the agro-food sector in Milan.
510 participants responded positively to invitations to attend the EuroMed Days from the partner organisations who worked with the Commission to organise the event.
There were severals B2B sessions where our representatives had the opportunity to promote the Transilvania Taste Cluster among other participants activating in the agro-food sector. The conference sessions were focused in the following areas:
Food and drink manufacturing (machines and technologies for production, automation, monitoring systems, etc.)
Innovative and high quality food products (functional ingredients and food, nutraceuticals, specialty and fine food, etc.)
Safety and quality control
Food traceability
Food conservation and shelf life
Packaging materials and design
Food chain management
Logistics and retail
Protected Denomination of Origin (PDO)
Protected Geographic Indication (PGI)
Taking part on this event was very important for the international cooperation of Transilvania Taste Cluster and for the knowledge aquired regarding lastest trends in innovating the agro-food sector
