1. The Strategy for Horizon 2020 and EU support programs

Transylvania Lifestyle Cluster joined the Open Innovation Group as the first step in the design, implementation and testing-validation of the ideas and prototypes proposed by the interested partners. The Cluster analyze the projects’ proposals and participate to the Consortiums and Partnership agreements of interest.

We will continue to cooperate locally with the others clusters and programs concerning ICT and high level training; bio-economy, agriculture and food; Cluj-Napoca Smart City; Cluj-Napoca Cultural European Capital in 2021 and more.

The Cluster will increase rapidly the number of intelligent and creative SMEs or RD&I Units due to the invitations to participate in Consortiums and Partnership Agreements for EU financed projects.

2. The Strategy for the cooperation in Balkan and Black Sea countries

As a Romanian life quality Cluster, created in the Transylvania Region we participated to the “DAY OF CLUSTERS 2014” in Turkey (30-31.10.2014).

Transylvania Lifestyle Cluster joined the initiative group who created the Balkan & Black Sea Cluster synergy through the public-private dialogue, for exchanging best practices as well knowledge and experiences in clusters’ development.

Our 6 year’s experience, as developing country in transition and EU member, will add value to the main objectives of the Balkan Clusters’ Conference:

  • Networking the Clusters in Balkan and Black Sea Region;

  • Developing the ICT applications for better communication between the clusters and their members, as well for connecting with the EU projects and partners;

  • Designing Projects and creating Consortium for accessing European Funds or other development sources (for example: SES-Germany assistance, bilateral assistance from developed countries as: Norway, Switzerland, USA etc.).

3. The Strategy for the cooperation in Romania

Transylvania Lifestyle Cluster is joining with:

  • Romanian Clusters Association, Bucharest

  • BISnet Transilvania services, participating to the “Workshop dedicated to Clusters” 03-04.11.2014, Cluj-Napoca.

We will be involved in the design, implementation and testing-validation of the ideas and prototypes proposed by the partners with initiative or those who play the role of general coordinators/ managers in the financed projects.

We analyze the projects’ proposals and invitations for participating to the Consortiums or Partnership agreements of interest.

We offer or share our advanced knowledge, expertise and experience in:

  • projects’s design and implementation;

  • knowledge management (mKM) and mobile marketing (mMK) for the association initiatives, guilds’ and clusters’ innovative, as well the flexible and comfortable development;

  • non-reimbursable assistance with German consultants, trainers and Senior experts for SMEs and research-innovation units/centers;

  • training, evaluation, certification, consulting, know-how, knowledge transfer, assistance and more.

4. The Strategy for the cooperation with EU and global

  • identification of potential partners and project consortium for design and implementation of financed projects;

  • development of import-export with goods and services;

  • cooperation on bilateral, multilateral and third markets for trade, investments, knowledge transfer and advanced technologies;

  • creation, innovation and promotion of smart products, factories, people.
