July 2013 CAUTHE Mid Year Meeting
This presentation briefly outlines the two projects funded by the Australian Office of Teaching and Learning on tourism, hospitality and events education. The first (the subject of this website) examined the curriculum space. The second project, led by Dr Paul Whitelaw, is currently underway.
