Torture For Reduction of Ability of Eye Seeing Angle

Intelligence Agencies of Vietnam government uses remote/ satellite electromagnetic weapon to torture for reducing of my ability of eye seeing angle/ sight seeing angle. 

Example of torture method: When I read a news, the images of news are not moving or emitting sounds.

They project to my visual cortex and auditory cortex. The animation image suddenly appear and says "go away!" like a person speak to me but through my visual and auditory cortices. I am scared and I will not see the image of that position in the news page. See Illustration Image 2.

They do again for other images of the news page. See Illustration Image 3.

They repeat these actions for other web pages, other sight seeing in home, in streets, in stores, in other places that I come. Their torture action will make reduction of the ability of eye seeing angle, sight seeing angle, etc. I loose the recognition of things in my eye seeing, make me unaware of around things.

Intelligence Agencies of Vietnam government is torturing me that violates Article 1 of Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT); Articles 1 and 5 of International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, Human Rights, Rome Statute of International Criminal Court of the United Nations.
