The method of MANIPULATING IN READING TEXT to my brain by electromagnetic brain weapon by Intelligence Agencies of Vietnam government:
VERY SLOW READING: When I read newspapers, text papers or social news feed,...etc, Intelligence Agencies of Vietnam government uses electromagnetic brain weapon to make me very slowing in reading the text. Simultaneously, they project electromagnetic wave (injected their voice) to my auditory cortex for pronouncing each words of the text and very slow speed.

VERY SLOW READING AND SKIPPING WORD: When I read newspapers, text papers or social news feed,...etc, General Bureau of Military Intelligence of Vietnam government uses electromagnetic brain weapon to make me very slowing in reading the text. Simultaneously, they project electromagnetic wave (injected their voice) to my auditory cortex for pronouncing each words of the text, skipping word or words, and very slow speed.

Intelligence Agencies of Vietnam government does these most of time that I read text for manipulating, harassing and torture when they increase the intensity of harassing. I am confusing everything and could not understand the text of newspaper, text papers or social news feed,...etc. If I continuously read the texts, I will be mental illness because of unknown meaning of many texts. They violate Human Rights, the Convention Against Torture (CAT) of the United Nations.
